How the PREMIUM Import Process Works

 

Step 1. Needs Analysis and Vehicle Selection in China

Your dedicated Customer Consultant analyses your needs, budget and expectations, and then recommends the best vehicles available on the Chinese market — new, demonstrator or used.

Step 2. Vehicle Search and Verification in China

We verify:

  • authorised dealerships and suppliers
  • real vehicle availability
  • specification compliance with the offer

We do not work with “online listings” only.
We deal exclusively with vehicles that are physically available and verified.

Step 3. 360° Technical Inspection

Every vehicle undergoes a detailed inspection covering:

  • paintwork and body condition
  • interior condition
  • electronics and onboard systems
  • mileage verification
  • factory and service history

You receive a full video and photo inspection report.

Step 4. Contract Signing and Deposit Payment

You sign a clear and transparent contract in which full responsibility lies with Pekin Cars.
If the vehicle does not match the inspection report, your deposit is fully refunded.

Step 5. Transport from China and Customs Clearance

We organise:

  • sea transport
  • complete documentation
  • customs clearance

The Customer receives a vessel tracking link along with regular status updates throughout the import process.

Step 6. Vehicle Delivery in Poland and Final Audit

Once the vehicle arrives in Poland, we carry out a final delivery audit, which includes:

  • technical inspection
  • photo and video documentation
  • preparation for vehicle registration

Only after this stage is the vehicle handed over to the Customer.
